Elizabeth Bernard has over two decades of experience in complex intellectual property litigation, including large-scale matters involving patent, trade secret, copyright, and related contract and competition law. Elizabeth has appeared in federal district courts nationwide, as well as the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). She is experienced in every facet of litigation, including pre-complaint assessments, IPRs, motion practice, management of fact and expert discovery, pre-trial motions and trial.
