Erin Hadi is a patent litigation associate. She focuses her practice on both district court and PTAB proceedings. Her experience spans from various electronic and network technologies to life sciences. 

Before joining Daignault Iyer, Erin was a judicial clerk for the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. As a clerk, she worked with multiple Administrative Patent Judges across different technologies in AIA trials and ex parte appeals. She also detailed in the Office of the Undersecretary and Director to support the Chief of Staff, Senior Legal Advisors, and PTAB leadership on various policy matters.
