Utilizing his degree in biomedical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Richard Juang has the technical experience necessary to guide his clients through the complex world of intellectual property. Though Richard has handled a variety of patent, trademark, and copyright matters, his practice is focused almost exclusively on patent litigation. Richard has managed and been involved in all aspects of litigation – he has examined fact and expert witnesses at trial, taken and defended dozens of depositions, drafted discovery, claim construction, dispositive and appellate briefs, and conducted oral arguments before district court judges. Richard’s experience and varied background allows him to litigate patent cases involving any matter – from life sciences to computer hardware and software and medical devices.
