Anderson To’s practice focuses on patent infringement litigations in district courts, post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to joining Daignault Iyer, Mr. To was a Senior Associate at WilmerHale, where he represented Big Tech as well as start-ups in bet-the-company cases.

Mr. To is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
