Lisa has nearly 25 years of experience in all aspects of litigation in district courts across the country. She also has experience in appeals to the Federal Circuit, and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Lisa has handled patent cases covering a wide range of technologies, including computer software, mechanical, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, medical device, biotechnology, and chemical. She has also litigated trademark and trade secret cases and contract disputes. In addition to litigation, Lisa has experience in drafting agreements relating to licensing, joint development projects involving ownership of intellectual property rights, and to settlement of patent infringement litigation.
Lisa earned her bachelor's in biology at Penn State. She worked in pharmaceutical and biotechnology research for ten years before going to law school. Lisa earned her J.D. at George Mason University School of Law.
