Steve McBride is a patent litigator with extensive experience handling inter partes review proceedings and other post-grant proceedings. In addition to post-grant proceedings, Steve also has significant experience litigating patents in U.S. district courts, the Federal Circuit and the ITC. Steve’s experience covers a variety of technologies, including telecom, Internet, AI, semiconductors and automotive technologies.

 Steve earned his law degree at Columbia University and holds bachelor’s degrees in electrical and computer engineering from West Virginia University. Prior to becoming an engineer, Steve was an engineer in the field of wireless telecommunications.
